About us

A small practice that takes its time

Reform Osteopaths is a boutique practice on the outskirts of Lymm. We believe good care starts with understanding the individual — not simply treating a symptom.

Our approach

Most people arrive having lived with something for a while — a stiff back, a recurring niggle, or a worry that things aren't quite working as they should. The first thing we do is listen.

From there we look at how you move as a whole, explain what we're finding in plain English, and agree together what a sensible next step looks like. Understanding your own body is a big part of feeling better in it.

The practice is deliberately small and calm. Appointments are unhurried, and you'll never be pushed into a course of treatment you don't want.
