Appointments are confirmed once we've agreed a time with you. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can start on time.

Appointments rescheduled or cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking are refunded in full. Changes made within 48 hours are charged at the full appointment price and are non-refundable.
