When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, contact and appointment preferences, and anything you choose to tell us about how we can help. If you become a patient, we also keep clinical records as required of registered osteopaths.

We use enquiry information solely to respond to you and arrange appointments. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept only as long as needed to respond. Patient clinical records are retained in line with professional and legal requirements.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we'll help.
