Full servicing

A complete service, inside and out

Mechanical watches rely on fine oils and precise adjustment. Over time these wear. A full service returns the movement to good working order and checks the case and seals.

What to expect

  1. 1

    Assessment

We check timekeeping, amplitude and condition, then confirm the work and price with you.

  2. 2

    Dismantle & clean

The movement is taken apart and every component cleaned.

  3. 3

    Reassemble & lubricate

Parts are inspected, replaced where needed, reassembled and lubricated.

  4. 4

    Regulate & test

Timekeeping is regulated and the watch tested before it's returned to you.

Automatic & manual wind

Servicing for a wide range of mechanical movements.

Case & seals

Gaskets checked and a water-resistance test offered as part of the service.

Clear communication

We'll let you know if we find anything unexpected.
